Brain  drain  is  an  international  flow  of  skilled  individuals from  developing  countries  especially  to  North  America (Glăvan, 2008).

Nepal has been facing the issue of a need of work openings, which is why Nepali youthful individuals are willing to go overseas in search and hope of way better work opportunities, individual development, high-quality convenience or globalization and hunt for advanced technology.
